As a prosecutor and a parent, I am a supporter of safe learning environments. Safeguarding our schools goes beyond traditional security measures and requires proactive threat assessment methodologies and a team of experts to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risk within school settings. Kevin Griger and his team have those skills and I wholeheartedly endorse them as innovators and leaders in school threat assessment.
- Bonnie Moore, Chief Deputy County Attorney, Sarpy County Attorney’s Office
I had the pleasure to work with Kevin Griger and Greg Allen during the implementation of a County Wide Standard Response Protocol for Law Enforcement and Schools in 2013 as well as a County Wide Threat Assessment Team in 2016. The level of real world, practical experience from these professionals in the Threat Assessment, Emergency Preparedness, and Team Building spaces is exceptional. As seen throughout history, being prepared in advance of a crisis is key to success. Additionally, having the ability to intervene and prevent a crisis is critical and can be accomplished through multi-disciplinary assessment and communication. I have seen this process succeed and enthusiastically provide a recommendation for the valuable services provided by Comprehensive Threat Advisors.
- Chief Bryan D. Waugh, Kearney Police Department, Kearney Nebraska
I have known Captain Kevin Griger for over 10 years and have worked closely with him on matters relating to school safety. Kevin is a proven professional with a deep understanding of K-12 schools and their security needs. Captain Griger has been particularly helpful working with our school administrators with the threat assessment process and our Standard Response Protocol (SRP) training. Our schools are safer places because of his leadership. Captain Griger is a valued resource, and I give him my very highest recommendation.
